After Installing Norton 360, My Wireless Connection Will Not Work?

Posted by admin 6 July, 2009

My wireless connection was working just fine until I installed Norton 360. Now it see’s the connection but won’t let me use it. I have tried to disable the firewall and that didn’t solve my problems…Any suggestions?

Make sure you don’t have more than one anti-virus program installed.
Removing Norton and then using a “norton removal tool” (google it) you can probably restore your connection. Norton 360 has its own firewall and you may need to configure it.

Hmm Have you got windows vista? this has another firewall built in try disabling that. If not go into your wireless connections details and try typing your ssid and your key back in! hope it helps
