CyberDefender isn’t certified. There aren’t any removal tools that scans for all types of threats except for antivirus software. But you can find the name of the threat and download the right removal tool.
One thing I consider a removal tool is the antivirus software:Avira Antivir. It has a detection rate of 99.8%. It is also very light and fast, small impact on computer. I always use it and it is considered the best anivirus ever.

I wouldn’t even consider CyberDefender.
Are you positive it is a ‘virus’ as such or is it possible it could also be some other type of malware/spyware? I would also install the free versions of SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and run full scans with them – both can be install as neither run in real-time and will not conflict with each other.

u can download malwarebytes from malwarebytes.org.After downloading and installing it ,update it and then run a full scan
