There is nothing you can do. Once you have left Raven Rock, you cannot get the Bobblehead. You can get back into the facility, but only up to the room with the President, you cannot go any further to retrieve the Bobblehead. If you are missing the bobblehead, the only way to get it is using a cheat. You can look at the site in the information for more details on this cheat.

u can take a flamer and go back to raven rock. flamethrowers can only blow the door off grenades dont work go ahead and try light the door on fire with a flamer

if only i could somehow get vack into raven rock i have them all except the energy one
