		<description>More than likely it is an issue with having Microsoft Word 2003 on one computer and Microsoft Word 2007.  A Microsoft Word 2003 document will end in &quot;.doc&quot; and a Microsoft 2007 document will end in &quot;.docx&quot;.  You can view &quot;.doc&quot; files in both versions, but only 2007 can open &quot;.docx&quot; files.
Check you files extensions, if this is the case, simply convert the &quot;.docx&quot; file to &quot;.doc&quot; using either:

Assuming you have an earlier version of Word on your XP machine, download and install the free Microsoft compatibility pack there.  That will enable Word 200X to read and write .docx files.
Note that not all Word 2007 features will survive or be editable in the earlier Word.
