Pc Freezing After Spyware Removal?

a day or two ago my pc got some adware/spyware w/e it was it started to act up really bad i removed it with my antispy program and now if i start my pc normally it will load up and as soon as i click anything it freezes up i added a diffrent spyware program and both of them say my pc is fine but i cant start my pc normally with it freezing any suggestions?
