there is a virus in my computer system named “folder.exe” removal of this virus is not a matter if it is not yet activated, but now it is activated in my computer system and antivirus programs cannot remove it. please help me.

Can I Download Free Antivirus When I Still Got Norton That Is Not Activated ?
I have Norton Antivirus on my computer, but it needs activating whitch I can’t do cause I haven’t got the product number. I tried to download the free antivirus from the internet, but nothing happened. I don’t know whether I need to cancel the old antivirus before getting the new one form the internet. I really don’t know what to do, Norton still comes up and says I have a problem that needs fixing. Could anybody give me an answer here, please?
