Antivirus/spyware Removal?
okay i need the best way (other than sending my computer into best buy to have them remove the virus and reboot it from start) to remove malware, ive tried everything. i had avast, didnt work, and downloaded something called billsoft something and it totally messed up my computer. now im about 9 hours from taking my computer into best buy and having them restore it from scratch. ive even read cc cleaner and autorun and its still there. so what to do? once again i dont have the reboot. now if somebody wants to give me a place i can get one for a emachines t6520, id be glad to hear it. and for some reason i think the virus blocked system recovery! cause i cant do that either.
im so pissed i just want to start from scratch.
