I am currently using AVG 8.0 Free. The scanner goes through about half the files then everything just shuts off (this happens every day). I’ve tried changing the settings, running the Anti-virus is Safe Mode and even using Avast! (another Anti-Virus software), but the problem persists. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone know how to make a computer turn on at a specific time? What i want to do is make it so the computer would turn on to wake me up in the morning. It would then have to alarm, so it would be kool if it could start up itunes and start playing music.
If I cannot get the computer to turn on, then what about leaving it on, letting it hybernate or something, then it would start itunes up itself at a certain time. Is this possible? Would somehow a macro work?
