Use combofix from bleepingcomputer.com, then go download malwarebytes from softpedia.com or cnet.com and use it(rename the installer if it doesn’t let
you install it such as winlogon.exe), then clean the rest of the virus with superantispyware and Hitman Pro 3.5 from softpedia.com/cnet.com

Terminating the process:
1.I verify that a Rogue is present. This isn’t hard, since it’s usually popping up just about every few seconds.
2.Click CTRL-ALT-DELETE (if it’s available)
3.Click Task Manager
4.Click Processes
5.Find a process that usually contain all numbers. For example 2342342.exe. If you do not see all numbers then your rogue has a name
like…SystemSecurityPro.exe or GreenAV.exe…etc.
6.Select that process and click end process.
7.At this point the rogue process has been terminated.
Removing Rogue Anti-virus that is named with random numbers.
1.Click Start
2.Click Run (or for Vista type in the start search box)
3.For windows xp type: C:documents and settingsall usersApplication Data and click OK. A window will open containing a folder with about 8 numbers.
Your Rogue is in there. Delete that folder.
4.For Windows Vista type C:usersall users in the “start search” box and click enter. Your randomly named folder with about 8 digits should be in
there. Delete it.
Removing Rogue Anti-Virus that has a name like System Guard Pro, AV2010, etc
1.Open Windows Explorer.
2.Open your C: drive.
3.Open Program Files
4.Find the Rogue and Delete the folder.

Start your PC in safe mode with networking by hitting F8 while your computer is booting (start tapping it before Windows starts to load to get the boot options menu). Then go and download Malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/, you might have to download it on another computer and put it on a flashdrive if the site was blocked by the malware, and rename the file to prevent that from being blocked as well), and install, update, and run it. Then remove what it finds and restart your computer.

McAfee isn’t going to help you in this case. You should try an anti-spyware program. Some of the better free ones are Spyware Doctor (available for free at pack.google.com), Malwarebytes, and SUPERAntiSpyware. You will probably have to download whichever program you choose on a different computer, rename the setup file, and install from a flash drive. Boot to safe mode with networking
Download malwarebytes antimalwarehttp://www.malwarebytes.org/
Install it in safe mode, update it, run a full scan, and remove anything it finds.
Also download superantispyware when you are finishedhttp://www.superantispyware.com/
Make sure you install superantispyware in normal mode, since superantispyware does not allow you to install itself in safe mode.
Then update it, run a complete scan, and remove anything it finds.

Download, install, update and run full scans, in SAFE MODE*, with these programs…http://www.malwarebytes.orghttp://www.superantispyware.com
Then re-start.
*Note: On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 then use arrow keys to highlight ‘Safe Mode with networking’ click on a user account, enter the password (if you don’t know it, there probably isn’t one so leave it blank) and hit enter/return.
