OK first off Norton is very good. But it clogs up your computer and makes it very slow. If it came with the computer already installed . You can uninstall it by going to : add/remove programs as list will come up with all the sofware that is installed on your computer. When you find the nortin hit delete/uninstall and it will remove it.
I woulnt remove it unless you have another software that you are going to download on to your computer. You have to have an antivirus software on your computer or your computer will get a virus then it will crash and you’ll end up replaceing the whole thing.
I would suggest getting “Windows Live Onecare” All in one security and performance Service. It has:
*Antivirus,Antispyware, and Firewall.
*online ID theft Protection
*File and phots backup
*Performance tune ~ups
*Home Network management
I know it sounds confusing But today beibng the way that it is you have to get a good software. Most that come with the computer that you bought only last a certain amount of tiome like 3 months or less. then it will stop working and protecting your computer
*
if you are using more than one security program at a time then they are just goin to crash into eachother and not work to their best performance
avg, and avast
