What Happens To The Quarantined When I Uninstall Norton?

Well, I know to uninstall Norton and all that, I’ll have to get the Norton Removal Tool. But after clearing all aspects of Norton in my computer, what happens to the quarantined worms and virus my Norton blocked? Does it stay blocked or does Norton release em back? Anybody who used and uninstalled Norton can help?

If you use the Norton uninstall program it asks you if you want to delete the quarantined files or not. If you do not delete them they will still be in a folder on your computer called Quarantine
it will ask you if you want to trash the files or keep them i would trash them if i was you try to clean them first
It wont be released back. Check for a quarantined directory on your primary hard drive.
